You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Assistant and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components, or that any content or information will be accurate or complete.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Assistant and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your use of our services or any violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
